Snowy Minnesota... with Outdoor Football!

Today Jeff and I mostly hung out at my parent's house, relaxing and watching TV. We went to an appointment to look at wedding invitations and mailed our Christmas cards, so we got to see the snow all over the city. Minnesota got about five more inches today on top of the couple of feet they've had so far. Here's the view out the front door and back door of my parent's house:

And tonight, because of the collapse of the metrodome last week, the Vikings are playing outdoors for the first time in exactly 30 years. We're watching it on TV right now - doesn't look too good for the Vikes score-wise, but it is cool to see outdoor football in Minnesota (and especially cool to see if from inside rather than out in the 9-degree weather).
