While I was in France, Jeff finalized the plans for the rehearsal dinner. It's a place neither of us has actually eaten at, but my parents went there and loved it, and it has amazing reviews - it's generally ranked one of the top two restaurants in the Twin Cities. We're both really excited about it!
The restaurant is called Heartland, and it's located in St. Paul. It's a farm-to-table restaurant - that means they buy all their ingredients from local farmers, and therefore their menu changes on a daily basis to match whatever is fresh and locally available. They specialize in American Midwest Cuisine, which should be especially fun for the people from outside the area.
Jeff and I are planning to have dinner there (with my parents and Brian) when we visit Minnesota later in March!
