For the superbowl this year, Jeff and I went over to Kris and Emma’s apartment and watched it with them and Eric and Arthur. Jeff and I made vegetable spring rolls, which turned out pretty well – I should have taken a picture! I think my rice paper-handling skills could use a bit of work, but I was starting to get the hang of it by the end.I cheered for the Packers out of a sense of general Midwest pride. Even if they are the Viking’s rivals, that doesn’t really matter once the Vikings are out of the running, right?
